Where is the store based?

Saarbrücken, Germany.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

I sure do!

How long will it take to receive my order?

I ship on Tuesdays and Fridays and I ship from Germany 🙂
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Can I track my package?

Yes, i ship all orders with tracking.

Can you sign the print or book?

I sign every print and every book! If you want me to leave a special note, that’s no problem! Just leave a little note with your requests when you check out:)

My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

Sometimes packages travel for a while and get damaged or lost on their way. Please note that we cannot replace goods damaged during shipping or transport. In this case, please contact DHL DE or your local post office responsible for the delivery of letters and parcels.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Cancellation Policy

Placed orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please write me with your order number. Click here for cancellation.

Shipments to the USA

Please note: Due to the current customs and tariffs policy of the US government, there may be delays and additional costs when shipping to the USA. Any customs duties and tariffs levied by the US government must be paid by the end consumer. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
