Shipping Policy

Please make sure your order details are correct. We will not be responsible for your mistakes. Customers are liable for wrong information submitted, and we will not offer exchanges, replacements, or refunds for such errors due to the nature of the product. Please double-check your order details before placing the order or contact us within 24 hours if you have entered incorrection information.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. We ship from Germany with DHL DE.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. You have 24 hours to check and confirm the order details before your order is shipped. Once shipped, you will receive a notification with a shipping confirmation and tracking information. After shipping, no changes to the shipping adress can be maade as we have already paid for the shipment.

We are not liable for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, the courier will have to charge a reshipment fee, which will be passed on to the customer. If the customer opts not to redeliver and requests a refund instead, 50 % of the order value will be deducted to cover labor, handling, shipping, and related costs.
